1. DOES FRAMEVERSE OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

FrameVerse provides free shipping for all orders within the India.

WHY ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

In the event of a multi-item order, your items may be shipped from different warehouses. This is done to expedite the shipping process, ensuring that you receive your items as quickly as possible. Occasionally, if a particular item is in high demand or on backorder, we might ship your items separately to prevent any delays in delivering your order.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We strive to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible. Here's a breakdown of our standard shipping process:

  • 1. Order processing and preparation (Print + Packaging) typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • 2. Our trusted shipping partners will deliver your order within 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
  • 3. The total turnaround time for your orders typically ranges from 5 to 10 working days. Please note that shipping time is estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of the order. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as incorrect addresses, adverse weather conditions, labor strikes, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • 4. If your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us within 15 days of shipment, and our representative will respond within 24 hours. Please be aware that overdue requests may not be accepted.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

In case the delivery address provided by you is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and an address correction is requested, a fee of ₹160 will be charged for the address correction after the shipment is in transit.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the order being returned to the origin, you will be responsible for covering the complete forward shipment charge to receive your order again.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

In case the delivery address provided by you is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and an address correction is requested, a fee of $10 will be charged for the address correction after the shipment is in transit.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the order being returned to the origin, you will be responsible for covering the complete forward shipment charge to receive your order again.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STUCK IN TRANSIT?

If your order gets lost or encounters issues during the delivery process, we understand the inconvenience this may cause. While we cannot control the delivery service, we will take the following steps:

  • 1. We will either send you a new package with expedited shipping and full tracking, if possible.
  • 2. Alternatively, we may issue a refund for the full amount (this will be at FrameVerse's discretion).
